All subscription purchases made on Stemflix are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

Once a movie or episode is rented, it cannot be refunded unless:

You were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase.

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
No charges will be applied after cancellation.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
